Fernando Flores
OwnerI always knew that I wanted to own my own business. When I started doing woodwork in 2005, I knew I had found my calling. I credit many of the good people at @Artisanhardwoodfloors for taking a chance on me and teaching me a very valuable skill. I remember being so happy to go to work every morning because I felt like I was learning something new every day. I had the privilege of learning from some true craftsman, and I remain ever grateful for their knowledge and their guidance. In the beginning, I made some mistakes, but I always learned from those mistakes and rarely made the same mistake twice. I found that I was really passionate about woodwork and the more I learned, the more confident I grew in my skill. In 2009 I decided to venture out on my own, and thus Green Artwood Austin was born.
